AI Search Ready (“we”) is a UK service that checks whether AI models cite your website. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- The website you scan. We crawl the public pages of the URL you submit, the way an AI model would. We don't need or ask for logins.
- Your email, only if you give it — to send your report or saved results.
- Enquiry details (name, email, website, report reference, message) when you contact us or ask Dyfyn Studios to quote remediation.
- Basic analytics — anonymised page and performance data via Vercel, with no advertising cookies.
How we use it
To run your scan, deliver your report, and — where you've asked — pass your enquiry to Dyfyn Studios so they can quote the fix. We don't sell your data or send marketing you didn't ask for.
Payments
Paid reports and citation audits are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aisearchready.uk and we'll action it within 30 days.
